KCO works both Nationally and Internationally. We have an extensive candidate network and established client relationships all over the world.
Absolutely. Let KCO know if you have a preferred medium (Google Meets, Zoom, Teams, etc) and we will assist accordingly!
Typically, we require an updated copy of your resume. If more information is needed, such as references, cover letters, etc. Someone from our team will contact you!
Never. We have a very open line of communication between our candidates and the hiring company. Every candidate who is submitted is fully aware of the company they are being considered for, the location, and the full scope of job requirements before their application is submitted.
We so wish there was a standard answer to this question! Unfortunately, the time varies. Some hiring managers move very quickly, while others operate at a more glacial pace. All we can guarantee is that KCO will update throughout the entire hiring process!
Jenn and Ryan were really fun to work with. I really appreciated the care they put into preparing me for all of my interviews. They are far more involved than other recruiters I have worked with in the past. Before the initial interview, I was given a whole prep packet prepared by Jenn and then a call from Ryan. I felt more than confident going into my interview! I hope I get to work with KCO again soon.
