Position Summary
This position is responsible for having direct oversight and management for some of KCO's small to mid-sized accounts and clients. This role's focus is on continuing to strengthen and develop some of our newer client relationships, and then managing the entire client relationship and candidate recruiting experience and process for those key clients. This position has responsibility for the successful filling of each new job and the team assigned. This is a dynamic role for a person looking to work in a small business environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Following industry news for new leads and updated industry information
  • Updating PCH and following PCH guidelines for the management of internal KCO client development organization
  • Negotiating and finalizing client terms and operating agreements for any additional job orders that are obtained with existing customers (desire to learn and grow in role to eventually obtaining new business directly)
  • Management and responsibility for internal KCO team per job and per client
  • Management of your individual monthly/yearly production; Including meeting your own individual Production Goal
  • Internal KCO recruiting and sourcing process adherence and improvement
  • Overall Client Management/Relations (to assist in any job orders as needed and requested by KCO's CEO to ensure Excellent Client relationship management and service)
  • Maintain your own client data base and recruiting tracking lists
  • Maintain KCO internal tracking lists and systems
  • Attending events (Chamber/Associations/Conventions/Conference) as a representative of KCO Resource Management for New Client Development and Industry Relationship Building as needed by KCO.
  • Any other duty or activity as needed for the success and wellbeing of KCO.
  • Reports directly in to the COO.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, PR or General Business a plus)
  • High-level business acumen
  • Experience in an office setting
  • Great phone and communication skills
  • Ability to think independently but work well with a team
  • Advanced technology troubleshooting skills
  • Passionate people person that can just as easily talk on the phone as they can do solitary computer research work
  • Desire to work in a fun, open office environment where a job well done is required and rewarded!
